We spend a huge percentage of our lives at work, I help make work better. My aim is to make working simpler, more productive, more fulfilling, and more enjoyable. I come at this from a position of asking "what do you do and why?"

By holding up a mirror we can start to see ways to change. To improve collaboration and processes. With this focus I can provide guidance and structure to bringing on board the right technologies to achieve this, when the existing technology doesn't quite fit I can help with tools which are easy to use, enhance collaboration, and improve processes.

I Specialise in the analysis, refinement and automation of business processes. I have over a decade's experience in the information technology and services industry, I've been dealing business processes all my career though. My fascination with business processes, human endeavour, technology and automation has grown since I was young and is very much a part of who I am. These days I spend my time bringing the value of the modern workplace to our customers and their processes.

Skilled in Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Business Applications, PowerApps, Flow and Power BI, Nintex, Business Process Optimisation, Business Process Analysis, and SharePoint Technologies.
